Basically I told them that they are barking up the wrong tree: The *owner* of the pages in question is Gerry Hovagimyan, THE THING is *hosting* them.
We will not remove any files from a user's directory until there's *clear* proof that they are against the law. Now, I say it again, I have every reason to believe that Gerry's use of this fucking doll is well protected by freedom of speech and fair use clauses.
So until this matter is resolved the pages stay where they are. I also like the idea of mirroring those pages on as many servers as possible, just to give these lawyer guys a run for the money!
